Can some one please make me a skin??

Ive been trying to get my head around this and i just cant, its doing my head in majourly.
Would I please be able to get some one to make one for me?? How do I go about this??
All that i really know of what I want is general colouring, i dont know buttons, pictures or anything else...

yes they can but they will charge you money for it. The price is from 10 and up depend on what you wanted. They're doing it that at primium themes site. Anyway, I've found this skin that would match with your bannar too. I'm sure your forum will look nice with it.
