I do not believe you can do this with Forumotion, yet.

you can award medals but its hard to do two at one time

You can set up an enriched text field in the personal profiles and add images to the member's profile as you wish. All you'll need to do in order to make them in a straight vertical line (or to place a new series on the next line) is to use the html break code.
