need help-By telephone / SMS via Allopass

i use that option on donate .. i send a mesaje pass -- ecive the code .. code k but in forum panel no credits show way ?? i sand it 2 but no credits apear can u tell m where is the problem?

i send 2 more sms but this time no response way?

It can take a number of hours for the credit to show properly, Also some users were seeing negative points (-1600)
That issue is currently being looked into and a fix should be on the way
