EDIT FOOTER Empty EDIT FOOTER

How can I Edit the footer on my forum. The stuff at the bottom which says:

HomeForums free | © phpbb | Free forum support | Report an abuse | Free blog

I really need to know how to edit this for PHPBB3 ..

This is not tolerated to delete our footer, and can bring you to forum deletion.

I think it was alright before, and someone showed me a way to do it, just now i cant find the place where you can edit the footer, header and stuff, did you guys delete it because of some problems?
