Please help - two things have gone wrong-feel like crying

I am the administrator on http://hogwarts-experience.heavenforum.org/index.forum and for some reason my whole site seems to have shut down. I can get into my administration panel but i can do nothing with the forums on there an can not see them. This has happened to all my members.

It brings up a general error which says "Could not access list of unread posts from forums"

#Please help me as i have put so much time into this site and i would hate to loose it all

It cant be a computer virus as it has happened to everyone of my members - it has something to do with the forum - i am so desperate - please someone help me fix it!

Within admin controls i can create new forum but cant delete it and still the forums are not showing

also things like private messages have gone down

There's currently a server downtime. You are not the only ones to have problems. Many people posted about this on the French support.

All you can do is to wait, only the webmasters can solve the problem.

Thank you - i panicked there for a moment lol - i spent so many hours building my site and i was worried it had gone.

I see that it is back up - it still seems to be having a little problem with timeout thing but ive got my fingers crossed that itll be ok soon

Now the forum is basically timing out all the time - i cant get in it at all and neither can anyone else. just keeps saying:

Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

Is there anything I can do to stop this and allow access to the site again?

please please tell me that my forums still there and it will come back.
