Chatbox and "Who's online" features. Empty Chatbox and "Who's online" features.

Two things my members have asked me many times;-

1. Is it possible to shift the "Who's online" section at the homepage bottom, to the top of the homepage for easier visibility?

2. Is there a pop-up alert for the Chatboard (similar to the PM alert, or like msn chat)?

These would be really useful...
