Hacking Info Please anyone.

This is just a general question. A friend runs a craft forum, its phpbb, but no hosted by forumotion, I dont know who her providor is, anyway, I clicked on the link today to go there and got this page: http://www.foreverartbabies.co.uk/index.php
It is obvious its been hacked, how does this happen, and can it be fixed?
Is it a harmless hack, I dont really understand it.
Could this happen to my forumotion site?
Its just made me a bit concerned thats all.
I might recommend that she convert to forumotion, would she be safer?

Forumotion is quite a safe service security wise.
Getting back to your original problem your friend must go through all of the members signatures using a html viewer and delete any that contain a meta tag.
Then all of that members posts need to be deleted and the member banned.
Then they need to check through their site checking all mete tags for a re-direct to the site in question.

the forum is a craft forum, and all members are ladies.. lol
How can the forum admins get back into the forum though?
Was it hacked from the inside?

It appears that someone may have gained access to the admin panel however if you already gave someone access it then it was an inside job

You can use the Admin Utilities to gain access directly to the admin panel, Alternatively you could role your forum back a week or a couple of days before this happened
