Buggy forum management!!!

Well, i'm trying since a couple of days to fix the display of my forums...

I try to put them in a specific order of display, using the little yellow arrows on the left side of each forum box. ( up and down ) But it dont work.
When i put one rank up, it goes well, then when i try to level it up again, it goes back donw.!!

Is there something i dont know?

It's ok, i found a way...

A bit long but i found it.

Click the arrow, the click on permission of the same forum, then back to forum management, doing this again and again, and they finally stay where you put them.
