can some ones show me how to turn off the kick option on the chatbox ? thakns you

It can't be done I'm afraid it is a bug in the chatbox code that has been active for over 2 months.

their a dude .. he can kicked member ..

Did you add him as a moderator?

yeah i did ..
but other moderator cant do it

If you are the admin on the site, enter the chatbox and type /unmod followed after a space by the members name eg.
/unmod couldbe86
Or alternatively right click on the members name when they are on the chatbox and left click on remove moderation.
Right click on the members name in the left hand panel.
