In admin panel,

General>Newsletter>Write and send

Heya Smile

1. Navigate to:

Admin Panel\General\Newsletter (Write & Send)

2. Write your message or use HTML to create it and press select "All members

3. Once done press "Preview" and then "Send E-mail"

This should be sent to ALL members of the forum Very Happy
