Need Assistance With Deleting Forum / Community

I have been trying to delete my forum / community. Have followed the steps. Have received confirming email. Have clicked on link to confirm deletion and all I am getting is the administration panel. Have sent an email asking for help to support but no replies. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to do? Thanks in advance.

How long ago did you attempt to delete it? It may take a few hours before it is all processed.

It has been about 48 hours now.

ok, try this...You may have done this but it does need to be done a 2nd time just for clarification

Admin panel>>General>>Forum Deletion>>Type "DELETE"(exactally like that)>>click on the Red Delete button.
THAN go to ur email address, once u received the email(if hotmail, yahoo, google, it could be in ur spam box) copy and paste the URL into the URL of the forum that you wish to delete.

That will instentally remove ur forum...Otherwise it will remail there for upto 4hrs i believe.

Thanks for your reply. I have done this several times and it still isn't deleting the forum. Is there an email address I should send another email to? I did send one email but perhaps there is a different one. Thanks again for your help.

I suggest you get in touch with Typlo. Explain to him the situation and he may also be able to delete it himself.

I'm sorry but I have no clue who Typlo is. I registered here to find out how to delete the forum so I am new to this forum too. Is there an email address to contact support? Perhaps I'm using the wrong one.

Typlo is one of the administrators here on the Support Forum. He is in charge of technical difficulties with your forum as he has direct contact to the Technicians.
