Who knows how to change your IP?

(sorry if I am not allowed to post this, If so delete it)

There is no way to change your IP. Your computer access comes from IP numbers. You have to keep track of where the IP's source comes from. So, if you change it, it will screw everything up. Also, I think it's illegal to change your IP, isn't it?

Oh because ny friends had this question and so...

Well ok, but like I said.. I believe it's illegal, and I'm sure I'm right by saying it's impossible , but maybe I'm not 100%. There may be some ways to loop-hole it. I don't know.

Well i know it is not 100%

Sorry, I meant 100% sure. But, yea. Like I said, there maybe some loop holes to do this professionally. But, I'm pretty sure it is illegal.
