Color Changing Problem Empty Color Changing Problem

I'm trying to edit the color's of my forum such as the drop down menu. It shows that the change has been made on the preview screen, but when I go to actually see if it changed on my forum.. It shows nothing has changed. Is there something I'm missing? I press save and I seem to everything I'm supposed to but it still does not change. Can anyone help?

Again.. It seems to be a tech problem, fixed by editing my CSS code on sandbox forum and copying the code, I really don't know why I can't edit from the panel on my forum, could it be because I have another admin on my forum?

I really don't know why I can't edit from the panel on my forum, could it be because I have another admin on my forum?
that shouldn't have anything to do with it.
