Words above avatars and post count

Hey guys
No problems with the forums, all good just wanted to know a few things.
Above people avatars is there a way to edit what appears there? The admins have 'admin' is there a way we can put custom words/sentences there for everyone?
Also, my forums get plenty of posts but i was just wondering, i've seen other forums have fake post counts, how do i do that? I just wanna maybe boost some numbers lol.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou!

concerning your question, to know all about avatars please read this tutorial. and concerning your second question, "Admin" is a username that only the founder admin acquires by default, If you want to change the "Admin" username, you go to-->Admin Panel-->User Admin-->Management-->Username-->Change the username-->Save
