View posts since last visit problem.

I have just received 3 PM's from three of my member to say that the 'View posts since last visit' icon is not working for them, but after putting up a post on my forum to ask if it was the same for everyone, most came back saying that it did work for them.

How can this work for some, but not others?

Please don't tell me that no one on here knows the answer to my question.

The 'View posts since last visit' is located just under log in, top right on the home page.

Out of the members no one knows, why its happening for a specific set of members & not others. Wait patiently to get responses from the staff.

Ok first off please don't post with out a 24hr gap = double posting its not aloud in this forum
2 ask them to clear their cookies and cash and try again if this don't work find out what Internet browser they’re using

If that don't help then I think a mod or admin from this site needs to help you more.
