Nav icons resizing, too small Empty Nav icons resizing, too small

Post by jaebaeli November 26th 2008, 8:54 am

I've searched using every combination i can think of ans was surprised not to find this answer.

How do i get my navigation icons to appear on the page in the size I made them? They are too tiny on the nav bar on my home page. They need to be about twice that big. I know where all the pictures are in admin, and I have used y own icons, but there doesn't seem to be a feature to keep it in the size you made it. It automatically resizes them.
Thanks for any help.

Well, I can't understand your question Well, but If you want to use your own images in the navigation bar and delete the text links: Home, FAQ, Search, etc. You will need to enable the Display only images in the link bar
Display > Headers & Navigation > Page Headers.
Of course. You will need to write the name of the link on your own images, so people will know where they are going and at the moment your own BIG images can't be resize with the text link ON, and thats why you see a tiny picture before the text link.

Take a look at my forum and see my nav bar (I have disable to show the text after my images) and what I am talking about to write a name to your own images.
