Is There a Way to Add Automatic Footnotes to Every Post?

I want to make the forum open to Guests to read and reply, but I want the guests to know some basics about posting before they reply. Can I program the forum to add an automatic footnote below each post, i.e. an admin signature line, etc.?

No this cant be done. You can suggest it in the suggestion section. But you can do is make a forum that has all this information so they can read it all at once.
