ok so i did the arcade thing from the tips and tricks. i turned on HTML, got the code, pasted it in the message box, previewed it and it was there and working, then sent it and it came up only showing the code. no arcade....

You need to make sure that you didn't add any letters or numbers after you pasted the code.

I would erase the whole code, copy it again, and then paste it and see what happens. This happens a lot when people put a code in, and they accidentally type something in at the end of the box.

It's common.

If this isn't the problem, seek some Technical Information and let our Techs help out with this. If you could, try and explain the problem a little more clear so I can try and see what the issue is.

no i found the problem. i allowed HTML on the admin panel, but i forgot to allow it in my profile
