This is really easy to do:

And there you go

Oh, does that work when you put it into a new forum?

Here: This is what I need to put it into. The first forum on this board:

I've tried like, everything. Do I need to switch the code or something?

Have you activated HTML in your forum?
I'd also advise you disable the HTML editor while writing in HTML
