See direct link to new topic

When someone post new topic or message, we will know who was post and in which forum but we can't see the direct link to that topic! To go to that topic we must enter the forum first. It'll a lot of time than having the direct link.
What must I do to have the direct link?

I don't think you can see it...

I guess you need to go to:

Admin Panel -- General--scrolldown--click on Messages and Emails -- scrolldown and check YES for Display the caption of the posts status
