Moderator Colour?

Just wondering to I have to add a mod to the Moderators Group and then add them to a seperate group? Because I added them to the Moderators Group and the colour blue for moderator was not showing up on there name. Then I added them to a seperate group just by them self and the colour showed up. Is there anyway to keep them in the Moderators Group and still have the colour show up?

You have to have the Option Color Group.

Is the mod group hidden? then it won't show

do you have "colorize user names" ticked in the User options?

did you tick "color group members" when you made the Mod group?

if he is a member of more than one group depending on the "Group order" that is the color that will show.
EX. if the MOD group is #2 set to blue
and the WHATEVER group is #3 set to green
and he is a member of both groups (and both are not hidden) the he should show up as blue.

did that make any sense? there was a very good post recently explaining it better ...maybe i can find it.

I changed the group setting from hidden group to closed group and it seems to be showing now

Admin panel
Display>Homepage>Structure and Hierarchy
Display forum moderators : Check No
