Adsense works- Position question Empty Adsense works- Position question

O set my forum up with Adsense. I put the html code under Template-General. And then under Overall_header_new. This put the ad's are the very top of my forum. I would like it to be under my banner.
Which area to i put the code for it to be in that position?

search for this in overall header new:
