I was wondering if anyone can make this image Transparent
But then add it to this image
i want it so the fast car approved image is overlayed the banner image, on like a 45 degree angle on the right hand side of the image.

Well, I've made the 1st step but I can't make the second as I don't have a animation editor/creator programme.
