1 forum icon request [Done]

Hello,

i would require 1 small forum icon.

No new posts : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

New posts : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] - blinking

Every time new post is posted, this button ↑ starts to blink. Its hardly even visible, so is it possible to make an arrow ON IT ? Like black arrow, or grey arrow, pointed to the right ( → ). I dont care, if its on the "No new posts" button or on "New posts" button, as long as its more visible than is it now. And fits with the forum theme.
