    people are can not make new users on our forum at jpmi-zac11ths-forum.
    please tell us ways to make it so people will be able to join

    Admin Panel>>USer & Groups>> Users Options
    Make sure it says allow new users

    Thats the only thing that will let people join. I will look and report back if I have anything else.

    Is your forum construction?

    To cheak go to Admin Panel>>General>>Configuration>>Look for Forum in construction>> Make sure its on No.

    Is there any error messages?

    Besides getting The Admins has restited for having new members join?

    Also make sure 'forum on holiday' is clicked on no and save
