I want to know can i add members myself as i have a lot of accounts to bring over from another board i use...

I know you can activate them - but is there a feature that lets you create an account for the member instead of them doing it so i can just send them their email?

Yes go to:

Admin Panel
User admin
Inactive Users

Click all the users (There is a check box on the right)

Then click on activate at the bottom of the page

Thanks for the reply but thats not answering what i need, i need a box where i can put a persons email address and username and create their account for them
