Peremissions for guets only

Can I make a forum or category, that can see only guests (And admins in admin panel)?

I don't think it's possible.
And besides, it doesn't hurt to try if you already got a forum up & running, right?

Doomie, is correct. Its not possible, since when you check for the permissions of any guests on the forums, the member'e permission also get checked.
