Can I disable the message, that appears after every post?

yes, it does re-direct you back to ur message.

And No you cannot disable this feature.

It is bad (that can't disable)!

Its handy for when your in a rush and don't want to see what you've just submitted, you can just click back to the forum and save another page download... which is actually also very handy for those in a slower connection and with restricted download limits

Quite true, i kno the feeling after all i used to be on dial up, but now on adsl
