I am very new to all this and i must say this forum for free is a amazing thing so well done creators

Now im starting up a new site to try and lift the game i love so much in the town i live but im slowly getting there and in need of some graffic help for now
So here goes hope you don't mind my request

Creation size (in pixels) : I really dont know this my avatar size is 88 lengh so maybe that for rank ?
With or without animation : Not too fussy

Font color : to match the rank

i was thinking along the lines of a line of snooker balls around 88 lengh with ranks name in (as stated above) or maybe a snooker cue ?

Yes, I have saved the file (somewhere...)
But they have to be 10 letters or less. Otherwise the font must be smaller
