There is no way of taking it out. You can suggest it in the suggestion section. Also tell your staff no to post in there and if you find out they will be removed.

I don't think you can disable it.
Check under security and see the admin actions who updated the user profile last. Then disable THAT person from having Admin/Mod access...

just my thoughts on it.
