Cant access my forum anymore? Empty Cant access my forum anymore?

My forum was fine last night and I was adding my site to the directories to get it noticed. The url is http://angelrpg.forumotion.net/index.html

All of a sudden I click it from my favourites section and it leads me to this completely different site in french, which is still an angel roleplay, but completely different to mine.
It changes the site url to this: http://angelrpg.heavenforum.org/

Hello,

Maybe your forum was deleted, so it redirects to the next forum that is closest spelt to yours.

I dont understand why it would be deleted though. Noone has even posted on it yet. Is there someone high up I can ask about why it was deleted?
