Help needed!!!

Hope someone can help me - I have just added a new Moderator to the forum..this person is moderator for the competitions - I have selected her to be moderator for this forum - yet she is not showing up.
I have made her a personal user, but still not working???

Anyone have any idea as to what it could be????

Firstly make sure the moderator group is closed and not hidden. Or you could try:

admin > display > homepage - structure and hierarchy > scroll down > 'display forum moderators - click yes and save

I have now got her displayed as competition modertor - but her name and colour still not showing.

If you want to color the moderators, just go to:
Admin panel,
users and groups
group administration
click 'moderators'
find a color you want them to have
make sure you tick 'color group members'
and down the bottom, type in the username of the person you want to add

I have done all this and if she posts her name is in the colour I have chosen. What I can't do is...on the folder 'monthly competitions' it just says competition moderator - it doesn't say her name - which is what I would prefer...

I have made her, her own group, but still having issues!

You could just make something like this in the forum desciptoon:

Moderators:Her Username, Moderators, Administrators

Add any other group in there, you would have to do it for every forum, and it may be annoying, but it would work.
