Solved Report Button Help

I don't know what's wrong, but I cannot get the report button above all of my members posts, and mine. I know how you do it, I select the report button I wan't displayed, and I press save when selecting then press save where all of the icons, buttons are etc etc, and it still doesn't display. Am I doing something wrong? If I am then help, if not, then help anyway. Lol. Laughing

did you enable reports feature in the admin panel>general tab?

I don't think so, where do I go to do that? I know the first bit, but then where do I go to enable it?
