    How do i make a User CP [control panel] for a forum?
    A User CP have links to Your Profile,Edit avatar,Edit signature,Private messages,ect,ect,ect.

    I don't believe this is managable right at this moment. There may be an update with this soon. Right now, your profile is the only place to edit your personal settings.

    You do not need to make one.

    It is currently there, its called "profile"

    Everything u can do on most other forums is there.

    You can also access your 'profile' from your forum's Navigational Bar (NavBar), or just go to My Profile in your 'Log In' widget on your forum's page.
