New Accounts Activation . Empty New Accounts Activation .

What does the three options in case of activation do ? Can anybody tell me plz .

And to let the user activate his profile by clicking a link on his email , what option will I have to choose : User ??

Automatic activation-When you register you just can go and enter the forum with out getting an email to activate your account.
User-have to go to email and activate it.
Admin-only admins can.
