I like them, the only negative is they are big. But, hey size can be reduced.

As already said, they need to be smaller if they are intended to be used as Navigation Bar images. I like the simplicity of them, however, you have gone with a simple background, I would expect a simple font - nothing fancy. Also, saving them in .PNG format instead of .GIF will increase the quality.

Other than that, they're not bad.

And also, When I try to put the pm picture, i get an error that says,
"You must provide a menu name"
