Cant change my theme.. need help Empty Cant change my theme.. need help

I changed it once and that was when i made the forum. Now when i try to change it only switched pictures but keep the background and evrything else.

Does anyone know what i should do? If so please tell me.

Are you clicking both the boxes and not just the picture box?
