How to make ranks for post's

Well, Hi I was wondering if it is possible to put ranks for post's
like if you had 1 post under your image it would say
the "Professional Freestylers" you get it by getting 500 post's or more.
Is it possible to do it like
1-50 post's i can make it say under your image "Beginner"
If so how

Yeppers.. go to ..
Users & Groups > Rank Administration
You can set up the rank title, amount of posts, and images to go along with them. You'll have to upload your images separately, tho, and input the image url. :]
