How long does it take? I reported the site that stole some graphics I made brgd123 on his forum. They say they will take it down but days passed. I am waiting for OnlineGuardian to inspect the report.

I sent it to online guardian by report an abuse and told the admin of the site which stole the graphics- they said they would take it down but they didn't. It's not penguin related. Its only the navigation bar (FULL) Icons (The forum ones) and who is online picture- After I found out somebody was stealing it, I didn't upload anything else.

oh ic. That's really hard to say. It depend on how that often that person visit his/her site. Sometime they just can ignore your report too. So, there is nothing we can do I guess.

Why not look this at more positive and allow them to use your stuffs then.

Are the stolen images ©️opyrighted? If so, then I'm afraid that nothing can be done unless you just nicely ask the owner of that site to get rid of them. I know how it feels for someone to steal something you have (or made).

Well, they claim that they had their own GFX Designer and he/she claimed to have created the images I did. I have to ask who that was.

Finally, there are two sites with this problem- One of them just finally took it down. This is the one, currently-

Brgd123's site- Made graphics for him- I uploaded them via admin panel- I was going to upload rest of them later, but stopped completely when they stole them. (After finding out.)

Site I made graphics for: http://millsberryforum.niceboard.org/

Stolen- http://millsberrymembers.forumotion.com/forum.htm

STOLEN:

Navigation Bar (ALL of it)
Snowflake Icons on forum- The white, red and blue ones)
WHO IS ONLINE? Images

I was going to upload the rest of the skin later and I kept pushing it off my schedule because of schoolwork, and then one person sent me a PM on a forum (Not sure which one) with the link to the forum that stole my images, asking I think for something about helping with GFX and being a designer. Then I signed up to ask why they stole the images, the admin said she/he would remove it, as days passed with no removal. Richie pmed me, I posted screenshot in the reply to prove it, and then he/she said that he/she will contact the admin. Good thing I didn\'t upload the rest or all of it would be stolen.

OnlineGuardian is extremely fast at deleting piracy/warez/cracks/serials sites and they take a lot of time deleting anything else. However, i do not understand WHAT gives OG the right to delete someone`s forum.

They banned my account there and refuse to take it off and I made a new account giving a last warning.

I sent an improved, fully detailed with links to images of evidence that I created the images on DECEMBER 2008! The site was created on January 10 2009!!! You can see as the founder joined that time.

Paint you have to make sure your copyright is legal and valid from before they put the images up.

I recommend putting © Your Name Year you made it i.e 2009 it should look like

© Cherry Blossom 2009

make sure you use your real name though

That does not mean that the images are officially copyrighted or illegal to be stolen. It's just a sign. The images has to be copyrigthed or the stealers will not be punished or anything. It's just like proposing graphics in the Graphics Proposal section of the forum; they are not copyrighted (unless you obviously have them copyrighted or patented) and they are just there able to be stolen.

I'm am with you, Paint, that the whole mishap is wrong, but remember that the images ahs to be copyrighted.
