I have a greek friend who has a forum and sadly he does not know enough english to post here...
Anyway, he would like to use a free template for his portal from this site:

How can he use that free template?

He would download the zip file.

Create a HTML page and enter all the coding in that HTML page.

He can't just simply upload it to his site.

Yes. Delete all the fields that are there and then create a custom block and put all the coding in there.

Be sure he places that block in the top of the portal.

In you Admin Panel, Go to Modules>> HTML>> HTML pages management>> Create new HTML page.
