My members had a very informative chat the other day and they wanted to chronicle it in a post. But when we went to the archives it didn't give us all the chat.

How can I get this information?

hello,
know that the chatbox archives keep only the last 200 messages!! so if your chat contained more than 200 messages it will not be entirely recovered.
