Theme issue..

I know you're gonna send me to check what's written about the installation of Hitskin themes, but I read it already, several times, and actually I don't find it difficult at all. However, I do have a problem.
Every theme I try to install, I do everything as explained, and when I enter my forum adress, and click on Install theme, it leads me back to my Admin Panel where I get this message:

Only the founder has the right to install styles by this way.

And the theme is obviously not installed. When I pick the Hitskin theme from those offered in my Admin panel already, press Install the skin, I get the same message. And the only way I can apply it is when I press save settings (and I know that it's not the way to get it look properly on my forum, but I tried that also,.. I got desperate )

I'd really appreciate your help about this issue.. Thanks a lot in advance!

By the looks of things, only Founders can change skins from hitskin.
Normal admins cant.

Even tho I just did on one of my forums, and im the 3rd admin?

I just came to say I got it...
I just didn't understood that it was refearing to the Major Admin.. (it's late, hehe.. I must be too sleepy)
Anyway, I managed it with my Admin.. It's ok..
