Typlo, the Administrator here handles all the domain inquiries for Forumotion. Unfortunately, he is not available on the weekends and will be returning on Monday. I will leave a message for him now about this current issues you are having with your forum. Please be pateint and I'm sure he will look into this problem further for you.

Thanks so I did pay its has only been 3 days but I didn't know I had to
hit the renew button to make sure it took the money ? for the forum name.

YES ? I have had this name and forum for years
its been Active for ever ? and Go daddys servers are pointing right to here ? so there is no reason on my end that it will not work ,,I talked to godaddys and they say its Here that is the problem.. ? so I need someone on this end to fix whats not working ?help again help ?

I use to pay you for my name and I transfered the the name to
godaddys long ago -where I have all my names-
So do I need to pay you to ? IF I do thats fine, I just want to get the forum back up as soon as I can. Thanks for your time and help

Well, just a question why did you transfer it to godaddy when you are using forumotion forum & you also got the domain from forumotion.

Well really it was just easy I guess to have all the web names in 1 place that I have.

Well you can get a domain name from anywhere its your choice. But as far as i know its a bit difficult to get the domain name working from godaddy etc.

I would personally suggest buying it from forumotion.

? ok so it just says that name is already taken ? yes we know that but what do I do to pay you to get the name back from Godaddys ? do I need to go to godaddys and just tell them I want to change it to you guys ?

Why to delete your existing domain name?
You can use it to redirect to your forum.

I did try to redirect to my forum here- that is what I tried to do first, but it wouldn't work and you said go daddy's and your servers don't seem to work. right .. with your site or severs ?
