Why is my forum on Holiday?!?

Ok, me and my best friend started this forum a while back,and i made her a modrator. and she posted, i posted, Then i started making changes to it, and she said it wouldn't let her post. it let me post, so (since we're best friends in real life i know all her passwords ) she told me i could get on hers, and so i tryed to post, and it said something like " Adminitrator's Holiday" and would'nt let me post. What is wrong??!?!

Forum in Construction: Check it to NO
Forum on Holiday: Check it to NO
