RPG Game/Portal Empty RPG Game/Portal

Hi everyone I need help with making a RPG game.Like where you sign up and gain exp and lvl up like this game [url=theninja-rpg.com]Click Here[/url] it doesn't have to be that complicated but I just want someting that an amateur like me can do it.Also for the Portal I don't know how to add the infos in the middle.
