html in posts no working - Ive done all previous steps

Hi guys, I have a forum where html is very important in posts because I posts poker and casino banners.

The problem is this:

When I put a html banner, I am unable to place a description under the banner. i actually am unable to post any words period. When I have place the banner I get out of html mode and hit enter to go below the banner in order to place the description in plain text. But when I hit enter the only thing that happens is the banner goes lower on the post. I then try to find a cursor but am unable to locate one. How can I post a banner and a description ? Sorry if this was posted already in the other 54 pages of html /script stuff but i couldnt locate an answer.
