Big problem with avatars, pls help! Empty Big problem with avatars, pls help!

Hello,

my forum is: http://potcrpg.disneytopic.com

I have a problem. I'm not able to use avatars. not in the gallery at the acp and not in the users profile. it shows them not. if i add one from the pc or if i try to link one from the url it tells me that it worked, but i cant see them, and my user 2 cant see them!
plz help me!
