How can i add border at the widgets from home page?

I searched in css,in the forum but i don't found
So how can I add border at widgets?
(i use phpbb3)

No.I'm talking about a outline:

Add your Content here

Code:

<div style="width:180px;height:100px;border:1px solid blue;">
Add your Content here
</div>


Change the width, height, red (Change just red, keep solid)

There is no any way?
That code does not work even for a widget.

I have checked it on my forum, it does work for a widget. The only problem is that it won't encompass the title of the widget.

Yes, but I want to encompass all the widgets so the code does not help me.

It won't be possible then since you are using phpbb3, which does not allow template editing. That was the only through which it could have been possible if at all.
