What to do if i want to guests can't see forum ,but only members ???

You'll need to alter the permissions of the forums.

~> Admin Panel
~> General
~> Categories and Forums
~> Click the Forum Permissions
~> Presets: View the forum and its messages:
~> Members
~> Save and repeat for each forum.

There is nothing for that.But if you want them not to POST or VIEW any threads then go here:

Admin panel>General>Forum>Categories and Forums>Select every forum under every category>Permissions>Select "Members" on both>Hit save
