Is it possible to change the icon seen on the tab in your internet browser, the default is that green speech bubble.

Its the favicon.
admin > general > Configuration

Forum favicon :Add the URL of the image here.
Or you can click on some default ones provided below the typing area.

make sure its a 16 x 16, & is a .ico file
